We’re Natayra and Holly. We started out helping friends redesign and reorganize their spaces, and when we saw how much it improved their daily lives, we were hooked.

We’ve realized that organizing can actually be fun when it works with your brain instead of against it. Holly focuses on the functional, ADHD-friendly systems that keep life moving, while Natayra brings the aesthetic "eye" to ensure your space looks as good as it functions.

Logistics, Travel, and Practical Details

I don't live in Zurich, can you still help me? +
Yes. While we are based in Zurich, we help clients throughout Switzerland. Please note that travel costs apply for locations outside the city, and prepayment is necessary for out-of-canton bookings.
What do I need to prepare beforehand? +
Absolutely nothing. In fact, we prefer you don't "clean up" before we arrive. Seeing how you naturally live helps us identify the true friction points in your current environment.
Can my health insurance pay the cost? +
Currently, professional organizing is not covered under standard Swiss basic insurance (KVG). However, some supplementary plans (VVG) may cover specialized coaching. Please check with your provider.
How can I do the prepayment? +
We accept TWINT, PayPal, Stripe, Revolut, Cash, Bitcoin, and bank transfers. For day intensives or long-distance travel, we require a deposit to secure your dates on our calendar.
Cost for transportation +
Travel within Zurich City is included. For other locations, we charge a flat rate based on SBB half-fare second-class rates plus a small hourly fee for travel time.
Our availability +
We typically book 2-3 weeks in advance. If you have an urgent "clearing the path" emergency, please mention it in your request and we will do our best to squeeze you in.
Do you supply boxes? Or do I have to pay for furniture? +
We bring basic sorting tools and trash bags. If permanent storage (bins, shelving, furniture) is needed, you can either purchase them yourself based on our recommendations or we can source them for you for an additional shopping fee.
Do you refund money for consultations? +
No, we do not offer refunds for consultations. However, we understand that "low battery" days happen! To protect you from the "ADHD Tax," we offer one free reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. This helps us maintain our "No Judgment" promise while respecting our team's time. Please note that a second last-minute cancellation forfeits the deposit.
What is the process of the initial consultation? +
We will either call you or write you on WhatsApp or email to find out whether we can actually help you and discuss how to proceed.
Which languages do you support? +
We are proud to support a diverse range of languages to better serve our global community. Our team speaks French, German, English, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, and Russian.
Are you affiliated with the Canadian DJane Dopamyne? +
No, we have no affiliation with the Canadian artist. We just share a love for the name and the brain's reward system!
